How its works
eg. properties $500,000 we are
trying 30% to 40% for deposit partners. It can be three or more partners
will be involved sometimes there is more then 15-20 people involved in
that paticular property.
If the joining syndicate partners smaller amount of
investment we may need more then 20 partners for that particular property
in this situation we will negotiate to allocate them to variuos
properties.
eg. Even though out of the 500,000 property when we have limited
partners we have sufficient funds of the 40% we will borrow the balance of
60% which will be borrowed off the recommended lenders.

Our promise
At this point we have the 40% funds ready we are borrowing the 60% from
the commercial lender of the property in our name (all of us ) and we make
sure (KPGLP) you don't have to pay the mortgage(our partners dont have to
pay the mortgage our company will pay there mortgage) remember now you are
the legal unique partner of this property.

eg. Its a commercial property after the
purchase of the property you can join us to contact the business in there
or let other unique limited partners run the business ( this and other
separate issues)
